The Bingle lamp is named after Nerissa Bingle who was one Florence's 'inner circle' at her design studio in Sydney in the 1960s and 70s. The vibe of that period is captured by this tall floor lamp, with its glass flagon base and hand finished shade.
The curvy elements of Florence's Floral Spot on the lampshade seem to almost dance and give the design a funky 1970s feel, brought up to date with this muted pink, burgundy and amber colourway.
The lampshade is crafted from handmade Buckram paper and has a hand-rolled edge. The base is made from recycled glass with a vintage style cream fabric-covered cord.
Our lampshades are also available to buy without the glass base.
